Cancellations for the “card as a guarantee” option.
Full payment will be made at the time of check-in at the chosen hotel.
The cardholder reserves the right to check the validity of the card. If the card is not valid, you will be asked, by phone or email, to provide a new one within 24 hours. If the card is also invalid, the reservation will be cancelled.
If the reservation is cancelled within less than 7 days, 100% of the first night will be charged, and an invoice will be issued to this effect and sent to the email address indicated at the time of booking.
If you do not show up on the day of arrival (“no show”) without prior cancellation, the reservation will be deemed cancelled for all purposes and 100% of the first night will be charged, and an invoice will be issued to this effect and sent to the address indicated at the time of booking.
Cancellations for the “prepaid” option.
The campsite reserves the right to charge 50% of the total stay from the client via bank transfer to the account number that will be sent by email. The remaining payment will be made at the time of check-in at the campsite.
If the client does not show up at the chosen hotel on the day of the start of the contract, the reservation will be deemed cancelled for all purposes and the charge corresponding to the first night will be made.
